Frequently asked questions

Simply put, Intermittent fasting is a method which requires fasting for a period of time, and then eating your daily calories within a single feeding “window”. The means skipping breakfast, and then eating your calories in the afternoon and evening. There are many, meany health benefits to fasting, and you can learn more about it here.

The intermittent fasting and eating windows can be made flexible, depending on your schedule and when you go to sleep/wake up. What you will want to do is just ensure that you push your first meal to about 6-8 hours after waking.

Then have your second/last meal about 6 hours after that. The sweet spot for intermittent fasting should be about 16 hours fasting and 8 hours of eating.

I cannot guarantee you will find success, but that is because I cannot hold you accountable throughout the program. However, if you follow this program as designed, I can assure you that you are going to see great results! Typical weight loss results are about 1.5 to 2 pounds per week.

If you are unable to perform a certain exercise due to injury or discomfort, you’re free to substitute or scale down with a similar exercise that works the same muscle group. I will be happy to work with you to find an adequate substitution!

Yes! We’ll follow the 80:20 rule of eating.

Simply put, opt for nutrient-dense, fibrous, “healthy” macronutrients 80% of the time. These foods will make you feel better and help keep your energy levels stable, while also keeping you full on the program.

The other 20% of the time, you can indulge in less “healthy” foods, such as sweets and fried foods, should you choose. Take this advice with you when you dine, especially!

Absolutely not! This program is designed with two (2) different workout routines included: one for a commercial gym, and one for home or hotel gyms.

I’ve designed this program to be practical and easy to follow. Most people don’t even feel like they’re dieting while on this program, so you should not have any problems.
